Project Description: CMU Masonry wall sections at the Schlegel Studios in Burbank, CA required shear reinforcement as part of a renovation plan to restore the building back to operation after suffering from a fire.
Solution: The Tyfo® SCH-41S system, a carbon-base composite with aramid cross fibers, was utilized along the interior and exterior faces of the walls providing the shear strengthening required.
